Le Finger’s Porto Cervo menu is built around chef Roberto Okabe’s distinctive fusion of Japanese precision with Brazilian creativity — a combination that distinguishes it from any other Japanese restaurant on the Costa Smeralda. Signature dishes include the Gunkan Lobster, Sushi Gio and a range of uramaki, gunkan and nigiri preparations using the freshest local Sardinian fish alongside classic Japanese ingredients. The carpacci, tempura, tartare and sashimi selections complete a menu that is simultaneously deeply Japanese in technique and distinctly original in personality.
